The Philosophy Behind Our Approach

  • A Belief in Strength Balance and Purpose: Patrick has always believed that health is more than the absence of disease; it’s the integration of strength, balance, and purpose across every dimension of life. That belief has shaped his journey through coaching, education, leadership, and now, functional medicine innovation.
  • Health Is A Relationship, Not A Destination: He was drawn to one central question: What does it take to live a truly high-quality life? He learned that health isn’t a destination—it’s a relationship, and he is committed to nurturing that relationship.
  • Building Systems to Cultivate Vitality and Resilience: Patrick believes everyone deserves access to care that doesn’t just manage symptoms but cultivates vitality, purpose, and resilience from the inside out. His two decades of diverse leadership in a rural Alaska Native Tribal Health Organization and as a systems leader in healthcare and education underpin his work. He’s driven by creating structures that help people thrive across generations.
  • Unlocking Your Full Potential with Functional Medicine: He believes traditional medicine saves lives, but that most people don’t want to just survive. They want to feel clear-headed, energized, and resilient. That’s where functional medicine comes in, connecting the dots between lifestyle factors and helping you uncover your potential.
  • Trusting Your Intuition and Supporting Your Growth: Patrick’s philosophy is that lasting health begins when we stop outsourcing our intuition. His role is to help you reconnect with that knowing through structure, strategy, and a system that supports your growth.
